on the rise

Mesa Verde, Colorado

just as the murky circumstances of the last few months seemed to be clearing, and the moon on the rise health-wise, there is a bit of a setback...family activities last week have left the knee aching almost non-stop due to severe inflammation, and a sweet little grandson passed his head-cold on to me too...so, online participation is hampered at the moment, and energy taxed, although remaining positive for a late Spring recovery despite the challenges
