my dearest pal, with the key to the highway...he owns both houses, lives in the brown one, and I'm his tenant in the grey one..he should be over soon too, along with some other old friends...we will make a racket in the basement with drums and guitars..may catch up in the morning

Looks like a comfortably broken-in, reliable Jeep, David. There are signs of sogginess in the surroundings, I don't mean there's any of those signs on your friend. :)
