yachts

viewing the yachts at Yaletown Dock, you can feel like a bit of a financial flop...all that hard work over the years, and still no toys like these..

as it turns out the shooting of this image, and the wider scene, was expertly captured by Carol...here's a link to her photo of the same moment.. http://www.pbase.com/image/151012947

Totally worth getting on your knees for David. Love the sheen and reflections. As for the toys, they're just toys, but there is nothing that can beat a satisfied mind. "V"

Ahh, you don't need that David.

Can't say I have ever seen such shine. Maybe worth a hundred dollars an inch? It's the maintenance that is the killer though so just shoot and run before you get any ideas.

Wonderful exposure and a very appealing composition..... an artful reminder of the unavailable V

Very fine capture and assessment of the situation. It was evident that this particular yacht put my understanding of wealth into a more depressing perspective. You did a great job with the detail and color in this image.

I know that feeling! :) I think you have to be born into it!
Real nice capture.
