Canyonlands NP, Island In The Sky district, Utah

no one could accuse Sam Rua of lying down on the job...spend a few days with him and you realize he is steady, stalwart, and a dynamo when it comes to finding the best POV, whether traversing wide landscapes, scaling precipitous cliffs, or leaning into the rock for the ideal vantage point...behind Dan hones in on the moment, while The Vatorman himself cuts a rather dynamic figure taking in the vista..

It should be noted that this was at the end of a long hike up a bunch of rocks and hard to see paths and we still had to go back down after. We saw something cool in the distance and it was always over the next hill. Excellent story telling shot, David. ~V~
