things have changed a lot around the neighbourhood this summer, with new houses popping up on nearly every block...at least this one is in an older style

The build is so different to our brick houses which is amazing because the rubbish on the site looks very similar.
I bet the future owners would like to see their home in mid construction.

Another change is how narrow they are to fit the smaller lots and has nothing to do with frontage taxes. I think big houses are on the out and that is a good thing.
