May and June 2012 have been unusully grey and wet..seething skies like this are often seen over the city..June, for instance, has delivered less than half the normal hours of sunshine..more rain is happening now, and on the way, making for troublesome conditions around British Columbia in the form of floods today, and more in the coming times, along the valleys of the Fraser River and it's tributaries

A great word to describe that sky! You must be weary of all the overcast and rainy days. You still managed to take a really nice image. The boats in full sail add some spirit to the cloudy sky and like Kent said, the colors are very rich. A job well done with challenging conditions. V
