A nationwide reforestation program in the 1960s resulted to what is now known
as the Bilar man-made forest. For many years now, the lush green mahogany forest
is being enjoyed by everyone who passes through it as you travel to Chocolate
Hills. It is said that this is the largest man-made forest in the county.
