Kamakura

Click on thumbnails for full image and comments

These are photos taken while visitng Kamakura. Kamakura is about an hour by train from Toyko and well worth the trip. I went on two different days as I felt the first day I didn't quite get all done that I wanted. It was one of my better decisions. If you're looking for a good resource try this site http://www.asahi-net.or.jp/~QM9T-KNDU/ . An EXCELLENT reference!

There was a good deal of construction going on at Kencho-ji. These are the construction cones in Japan. MUCH better than our offensive, big, ORANGE ones, don't you think?
