So on Sunday the gang headed out to Shinjuku, for some shopping and some sight seeing. Boy! Were we ever in for a treat! We walked out of the station and into a totally different world. The dress was...well you look and see. The shopping was as interesting. We walked along the streets with very upscale shops while strolling along side these folks.

Evidently Sunday afternoons are the time, and THE thing to do (if you're young enough and brave enough) is to dress up Goth-like and stand or walk around the Harajuku Station area. We stumbled upon this scene quite by mistake after watching a very clever street vendor ply his wares (remember guys?). Needless to say, we were speechless and stood there a good hour or more before we moved on. Quite a scene indeed.
