This place is like a gigantic kaleidoscope, with painted desert, petroglyphs, and pronghorn. This vast landscape of colorful badlands touch the surface of a fossil tree that was alive more than 200 million years ago, and view a symbol carved centuries ago by the ancestral Puebloan people. We were in awh of the archeological site, newspaper rock and the blue mesa as the colorful bands of blue sedimentary rock as well as shades of purple, pink, grey and red. Loved it.
