The oldest active copper mine in the Southwest, the "Santa Rita del Cobra", was worked as early as 1800. One can take a tour of the mine by scheduling or they have overlooks where photo holes are cut out of the fence for those who want to take photos. The color of the rocks are beautiful and shows off its rustic, orange, browns tones. Really enjoyed the scenery.
