As our cruise Ship moved along we passed Ocean cape, where we started to see small ice clumps drift by, which is just a precursor to the masses of ice which appeared as we approached Point Latouche. At this point the ice concentration was more dense, and we proceeded very slowly as we navigated through to the face of Hubbard Glacier. Once inside the face of the glacier the ship maneuver for approximately 1 hour giving everyone one an opportunity to take photos. The day was very cloudy and gloomy as well as wind making the temp. in the 50's. Cold enough for me to wear my rain coat and wished I would have worn my mittons, which I brought. But even clowdy the glacier was a beautiful site.
