We were following these hot air balloons for a while. We were told they had taken off from the Warren County fair grounds near Phillipsburg, New Jersey. We saw two or three of them landing not too far away along Route 519 near the County jail and administration buildings in Belvidere, New Jersey. It was a fun diversion on our way home from Washington, DC.
