A beautiful meadow treated with vegetation killer. Every year around the same time we see these fields treated to level all the weeds growing in this state park. Field after field looks like somebody has used a blowtorch and left black sooty stubble behind. Amazingly the fields regenerate and in a month new shoots of grass and weeds come back.
