I kind of knew why the area was fenced off. So I took the image, not reading the sign. I was more interested in finding out which sea bird's habitat was protected here. I only read the whole message when I got home and processed today's images. LESSON LEARNED! There were many Keep Out signs posted all around the area. It never occurred to me to go beyond.
