Paul Graham (UL/HQ)
Paul Graham (UL/HQ)
GRAHAM, Paul
It is with deep sorrow and much love we mourn the passing of our dad, Paul Robin Graham, on Saturday, October 7, 2023, at the age of 85.
Paul leaves behind his best friend of 63 years, Lois (nee Blair). Loving father of Ian (Jo), Judy, and Colin. Proud Grampy to Gareth (Lauren), Erin, Lauren, Leah and Bradley, proud great-Grampy to Lila and Robin. Siblings, twin sister Patricia and brother Ivan and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Born on May 8, 1938, in Coote Hill, NB to Austin and Florence, Paul never forgot his roots. When the family home was expropriated for CFB Gagetown, the family moved to Saint John, NB. Paul started his career as a radio operator working on Nottingham Island and then on to Montreal. It was there he became an Air Traffic Controller working at Cartierville and Dorval. The next move was to Ottawa where he worked in Air Traffic Services for Transport Canada. He retired in 1993 after 35 years of service.
Paul was a builder always had a hobby or project on the go. He enjoyed his 1952 MG kit car, writing stories, hunting, curling, photography, working on the tree farm, and spending time with family.
Cremation has taken place.
