BERNARD BOURGON December 27, 1943 - December 15, 2010 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Bernard Bourgon. At the age of sixty-six, Bernard died peacefully as he had always hoped. He was a devoted father, infallible companion and a loyal friend. He was always there for his loved ones. He was predeceased by his sister Nicole (Richard) and he leaves behind his loving companion Huguette Picard, his sons Stephane (Martine) and Sebastien (Nathalie) and his daughter Stephanie (Kedhis). He also leaves behind his grandchildren Mackenzie, Nicholas, Albert, Roch and Sasha, his brother Jacques (Claire), his nephews and nieces Carl, Karine, Eric, Colette and Liliane, as well as numerous dear friends.
Bernard had a fulfilling career as an air traffic controller. Respected by all his colleagues, Bernard passed on his knowledge and made several contributions to this evolving field. He also contributed to many community projects within the recreation and tourism association of Brownsburg-Chatham.
To pay tribute to Bernard, the family invites you to a gathering between 4 and 9 p.m. Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at Andrea Ristorante at 3194 St-Joseph Blvd. in Lachine. Memorial tributes may be made directly to Bon Dieu Dans La Rue, 514-940-2036. Published in the Montreal Gazette on 12/18/2010
