ASU's simulator building located at the Phoenix Mesa Gateway airport- www.phxmesagateway.org/ Formerly Williams AFB until it closed in 1993, The building was part of the former base and was built for training functions.

This one can simulate the views as seen by the tower, the pilot, a point outside the plane, etc. It runs on about a dozen PCs.
