The Wiharn is characteristic of the Rama III period architecture with its gable end decorated with Chinese ceramics. The Wiharn houses forty-three Bhuiksuni or enlightened female Buddha disciples cast from a tin alloy. These are seen to the lower right (as seen here) of the main Buddha Image.
