These same images are all in a file at Box: MoonsAgoTunes
As I practice tunes and work on committing them to memory,
I do make use of the more modern tools on the internet, but
slow and quiet paper, pen, pencils, markers... they're still
great. Also great is the music staff stencil I got from
Music Escapades (Etsy).
There are several sources online for (most of) these tunes.
Check out thesession.org, for starters.
Or take a look at tunearch.org, The Traditional Tune Archive.
These slightly messy transcriptions are just meant for help
with learning. The colored markings indicate measures that are
identical to each other. There are usually more repetitions
here and there in the tune, but if you at least just make note
of the "big" ones, the rest will fall into place.
I have more stuff at Blogger, at least for now. I won't keep
adding to that one (too tedious for me). But it's: moonsagotunes.blogspot.com
