I used part bread flour and part semolina flour. Used a yogurt alternative and vegan butter. Came out very good.
I am surprised at how "thermal" this bread is! I left it wrapped up in foil and a light bag at 5:30pm, after leaving it unwrapped for a while to try to cool it (so it wouldn't get soggy). At 9:30 pm, the bread was still warm, and not at all sweaty.
