Saw this photo at a presentation (Christmas bird count at RAM 2008). Just wanted to let you know that I think it is really amazing. The fact that the owl has such a strong presence but is barely visible is "profound". One of those rare wildlife photos that goes beyond just capturing a great image. This one is high art.
