Holiday Beach Conservation Area Ontario, Canada.

This Harrier was banded and released at the Holiday Beach C.A. H.B.M.O. Hawk Festival weekend Sept.12'10. The main Hawk Festival is this coming weekend Sept.18th & 19th '10 with a live Raptor show, bird banding demo's, Hawk Tower migration observation, and how to ID the migrating hawks and other birds. There will be nature related games & activities for the kids, whole lots of fun for the whole family. There will be food and beverages. I will be there with my photos for show & sale.

Sounds like a fun time. I love the close up shot of this one. The sharpness is excellent. Rapture shows can be very informative and educational for both young and older.
