Bit presumptious of me but do you or anyone know where i can hire a small boat for an evening party - 7th July to be precise. Thought there would be loads but after many searches on the internet and many calls I've arrived at precisely nothing. As you are a boat owner I just thought if you know of anywhere or anyone who would hire a boat out for an evening on the Lancaster canal!!! I do love your pictures too! Anna

Hi Geoff, glad to see another afficionado of this canal and, thankfully someone who does not over-tart-up his pics, will be posting a tiny bit of competition for you in due course, am just starting, Lakes likewise....see you (we use the cafe at Galgate as our alternative M6 services)
