Dingo

Mornington Sanctuary, Western Australia

This dingo has come to a waterhole for a drink and a dip. He didn't see me lurking under a shrub with a 200mm lens
as he settled into the murky water. Dingos are "naturalised" in Australia and until we can re-introduce Tasmanian Devils
(could be a while) and Thylacines (could take considerably longer, as they are extinct) they are not discouraged as
they are one of the few predators of cats and foxes.

Great photo, love the action shot of the dingo drinking - a Thylacine that's the The Tasmanian Tiger right?
