Egernia cunninghami

Tenterfield District, NSW

This is the New England form of Egernia cunninghami, a distinctive, spotted lizard with a tapering tail that lives in the granite belt in northern
NSW and SE Qld. Compare this animal with the type form that may live within 15kms (without hybridising)
of this form. Someone needs to get their finger out and work on the taxonomy of this group.
