Excellent, fine details recorded all across the monochrome picture. At a closer scrutiny I believe the front group of two is formed by a man and a woman. VVVVV+++

Il me semble qu'il s'agit d'une photo d'un groupe de trois personnes venant tout juste de visiter l'un des logements mis en vente (ou en location) que l'on aperçoit en arrière-plan. Les deux femmes observent les environs et semblent impressionnées par le ruisseau qui coule en contrebas. La femme située un peu plus loin est peut-être une agente immobilière, mais elle porte une tenue décontractée en raison de la canicule ; elle explique à l'homme à quel point le quartier est pratique en termes de transports.
Une image pleine de vie, typique des journées d'été. Une fenêtre à l'arrière-plan est entièrement recouverte de papier d'aluminium, sans doute pour faire barrage à la chaleur. ~VVVVV+++~

It looks like a photo of a group of three people who have just finished viewing one of the properties for sale (or rent) visible in the background. The two women are looking at the surroundings and seem impressed by the stream flowing below. The woman standing slightly further away might be a real estate agent, though she is dressed casually due to the heatwave; she is explaining to the man how convenient the neighborhood is in terms of transport.
A lively image, typical of summer days. A window in the background is completely covered with aluminum foil, likely to block out the heat. ~VVVVV+++~
