Sur cette photo, on voit un toit entre deux arbres, faisant partie du bâtiment supérieur à gauche. Ce bâtiment est lui-même un château. Le château d'Ambras a été construit au XVIe siècle. Le château inférieur abrite un musée d'armureries et une bibliothèque. Le château principal est la célèbre (Spanischer Saal), exemple remarquable de l'architecture de la Renaissance allemande, résidence prestigieuse de l'archiduc Ferdinand et de sa famille. Le château supérieur abrite la vaste galerie de portraits des Habsbourg. Le château d'Ambras est l'un des plus anciens musées du monde. ~VVVV~

In this picture it shows a rooftop in between two trees, which is part of the upper building on the left. This building itself is a castle. Ambras Castle was built in the 16th century. The lower castle is a museum of armouries and a library. The main castle is the famous Spanish Hall, a notable example of German Renaissance architecture, the glamorous residence of the Archduke Ferdinand and his family. The upper castle contains the extensive Habsburg Portrait gallery. Ambras Castle is one of the oldest museums in the world. ~VVVV~

there is a wealth of elements in this well-filled frame...good idea to include the gargoyle-mouthed water spout, adding a touch of menace to the scene..
