Known as Anne Pugh and “Funnyfanny”,
The same sweet girl, now a retired granny.
Wearing a smile and a wiggling stride;
With Gwynedd’s rules you tried to abide;
With your charm and manner on the phone,
ET would rather call you than call “home”!
Despite confusion and general flapping,
Your thoughts on life kept us all laughing.
Willies and winkies, or so you told,
Were the root of all problems since times of old.
The printer and ‘copier can now relax,
So too the keyboard, phone and fax;
No need for repairs or call-out engineers,
Or missing deadlines and other fears.
Spell-check and Tippex are now all in the past,
Have a happy retirement Anne and long may it last!
