Interesting variation.I encountered a fox hunt,whilst walking near Llanbadarn Fynydd.There three gunmen were walking along the hill,firing their guns to direct the fox to the pack of dogs in the valley below.

The call it hunting for this very reason. If he always got the fox, they would call it catching, instead.
