Ring-billed Gull second cycle with first cycle Herring Gull

Aged as previous. Unusually heavy head and breast markings. Brings to mind third cycle California, but separated by shorter bill, dull yellowish iris (not well seen in this photo), size, and mantle tone (hard to compare here).
