Glaucous Gull first cycle
Tiny subterminal marks on primary tips are often seen in fresh juvenile Glaucous, but otherwise the primaries are nearly whitish and lighter than the body. This bird shows markings throughout unlike most strongly leucistic Herrings (an ID contender with any "white-winged" gull), but on other paler Glaucous pay attention to areas which receive little wear and bleaching (seen here well on the underwing coverts and upper/under tail coverts).
