Glaucous Gull first cycle
Shows white primaries and secondaries without dark markings. This is normal for Glaucous but can be seen in nominate Iceland (casual at best in N. America), and in a small minority of Kumlien's Icelands (only 4% in one study). Crown and secondary coverts show some pale buff coloration, and uppertail coverts have pale brown barring.
