:: Prague: the Clichés ::
This is the Prague from the tourist guides: the Old Town Square (Staromestské Namesti) with its Christmas market, Charles Bridge (Karluv Most), the Castel (Prazky Hrad) dominating the Prague "skyline"... These dominating monuments are accompanied by dozens of other impressive or more delicate historic buildings, built in a huge range of styles that I haven't seen in any other city. It's this variety, which never ceases to surprise, that placed Prague number 1 in my list of favorite cities.
Click on the thumbnails to see the pictures at full resolution, and feel free to let me know what you think. Also don't limit yourself to the clichés - please visit my other Prague galleries as well (click on "New Year in Prague" on top of this page).
Thank you for visiting my galleries, I hope you enjoy the trip.

:: Prague: in Square ::
This gallery is some sort of a combination of my "Prague: the Clichés" and "Prague: Hidden corners" galleries (check out those by pressing "New Year in Prague on top of this page). But some scenes just call for a square frame...
Thanks for visiting my galleries!
:: Prague: Hidden corners ::
As you maybe have seen in my other Prague galleries (click "New Year in Prague to find them!), the entire City is filled with impressive monuments. There are so many lovely hidden corners in Prague though that I preferred to stroll around without a tourist guide!
Let me know what you think of my attempt to show a different side of Prague...
Thanks for visiting my galleries!
