The view from the Puy Bataillouse is great in all directions. Unfortunately, after 15 minutes at the top, while I was planning to remain there for sunset, the wind suddenly picked up and clouds appeared out of nothing to block the view.
Twenty minutes after I decended (in pretty grim conditions), the winds died down again and the sun reappeared...
