This was the last year for the California Photo Fest in Paso Robles California. Where about 300 anxious photographers and 30 or so instructors Including Rick Sammon, Lee Varis and many more well known photographers gathered for five days of photography and fun. Each day consisted of waking up before dawn and heading out for a photo shoot. The rest of the mourning and afternoon consisted of classes and lectures which there were about 50 to choose from. There were also hands on lessons and indoor photo shoots of critters and reptiles. After dinner everyone headed out to one of the many sunset or night photo sessions. There were so many to choose from most classes were less than 20 students. The one exception being the horses on the beach shoot in which several of the instructors participated.
