Across the forward lobby from the Opal Theater is Jazz on 4. Jazz on 4 is reminiscent of the
prohibition era of Chicago where guests will be treated to a program which includes a resident
quartet, soulful singers, and a jazz jam orchestra. Nearby to Jazz on 4 is Comedy Live which
takes its inspiration from the abandoned Brooklyn City Hall train station in New York. The
exterior of the club itself takes the form of a subway train, photographic artwork serving as the
windows in to daily commuters. The interior walls of Comedy Live are 1950s style advertising
posters, each with a comic twist. At either side of the stage are word search wall tiles for
those who like a good puzzle, suggesting words related to laughter.
