Gary, I just guess just about everyone here on PBase could relate to this on one level or another. For me, it evokes such a strong feeling of "at-homeness," the comfort of being in a place where you can take off your shoes and socks, put your bare feet up on the furniture and watch TV in the middle of the day. It's a 50s kind of mood and being a 50s kind of a gal, I love it.
