It could be easily called "Out of Chaos" or the reverse "Entropy". It appears the disorganized lower part (which also has all the movement and energy) is finding form and stability in the upper form.It looks like you were standing to the left (perspective lines dropping to the right) - it might give the background more stability which would add to the tension of the background elements if you were to either shoot from straight on or fix the perspective distortion (in PS Edit->Transform->Perspective). I like the urban abstract nature of this shot.
