Very nice flight shot - good behavior capture. It's a bit overexposed. If you captured in CR2 (raw) format, I'd reduce overall exposure about 2/3 or even a full stop in Adobe Camera Raw. Hopefully the head feathers aren't blown out so you can recover some feather detail.
I'd also try using the magnetic lasso tool to select the head and right wing leading edge, then apply shadow/highlight to bring 'em down - again, if they aren't blown out.
