You're right!! Really can't tell the difference between cameras!! A few "L" lenses, and you'll be making better images than the Canon! Totally suprised at the quality(Of course, your "Eye" for the shot adds quite a bit too!). Looks like you've adapted to the weight and size too.
Can't wait to see more!

Wow!! Guess you do have quite the collection! Love all the flower shots, the food shots (What was on the triangular dish?), the band shots, the 64 (?) Chevy (Going to be able to use it on the cover??) Owls must have been crazy to try and get.

Got around to view your pics, Really nice! The "falls" shots looked great. Also looked like a good time at the wool fest with the little ones. Where'd you see the halloween decorations?? they looked good too. Pulled pork at the garlic fest still loaded with garlic, and tasty as hell?

Nice, nice, nice--I can still feel the sweat running down my back when watching B.C. at Rosendale!! Pics look great, too. Think the G11 did a pretty good job at the "Better" lit gig. The 50 looks like a good choise too! Without the ability to magnify-not sure of the crispness, in this format looks very sharp! Great pic all around- good to see some of Ferb& clan too.

The G11 seems to raise the bar with quality in a point & shoot. Of course composition, position, timing, light, and personal choise makes the shot, but the little camera reacted well to your imput.
Hope you're happy with the choise, enjoy having it close at hand wherever you go, and keep on shooting!

More great pics! Blue Coyote appears much more relaxed on stage, getting to be "Old hats" at the live shows, huh? Loved the "glow" of blue light on several shots behind Gregs head. Also getting hungry after seeing the BBQ shots!!
Flowers look really good, and the fox with meal was a good capture!

Jeremy was driving and we saw them in the road luckily we were out to take a few photos so the camera was on my lap. Glad the garlic is in! Now my hair is pink. I'll take more photos of it. The weekend of my birthday I'm bleaching it white then putting more pink on so it super bright!

Great pics as usual Kric, How the hell did you get the turkey vultures? Out the front window of your car, or ??? Sure missed the garlic fest--and thanks again for the garlic, they're all tucked away in my raised bed til next spring! Pink/red?? you change your hair color almost as often as Ferb!! Anyway, some really great shots-keep that camera close by, you never know!

You've got to set up another gallery, or section. Every time I look at new arrivals there's way too many great shots at the bottom. Have the "Old" new ones in another area, and the "New" new ones under "New arrivals". I know, I know, I'm way to opinionated- just look at the pics. Good eye, and great shots, of course Mom loves the shot of Lauren. Going to the B.C. promo shots next...The old man.

That macro lens is a keeper! Very clear, focused results. And catching the raindrops,between storms,on your subjects gave great results. Think you're going to like the butterfly conservatory, and all the chances for good shots.

You should hear me giggling when I shoot the titmouse (titmice). When I laugh they look even more goofy! We have two born this past spring who are very friendly and will get quite close, then strain their necks way out and then cock their heads. Very cute!

Beautiful shots! Seems I always smile when the expressive, inquisitive, almost comicial titmouse is shot. Love the "take offs" too. And the reds of the cardinal with snow in the background, just pop......love...the old man

We're still without power and in a state of emergency. We snuck out a few times once for the bands gig, once to do laundry and today to go to work to shower and get food! They say it'll be out until maybe friday! Plus we have high winds today, freezing rain tonight, wednesday friday and sunday to look forward to!

Close-ups of flowers really good, Christmas lites too! But the glowing popcorn is really unique! Did Jeremy get a little light headed while enjoying that stoagie? Still working out bugs in camera swap, got to be sure resepiant will actually use it. Hope to see you on Sat.....The old man

Yeah I was thinking of doing a gallery for it. It's very sad how much is lost due to "progress." And taking the time to shoot them (not from a moving car going 55) I could do much better. Once you get your G10 let's make a date!

Great Thanksgiving additions! Maybe your "nitch" could be the loss of Americana in the catskills. Those shots spark an inner feeling of loss,of wondering how far society has come, but at what cost. Powerful stuff!.....love..the old man.
