It is entirely appropriate that we two upper middle-aged blokes should present our fair lady Pamela to viewers of Galleria Rusticana for not only is she a wide eyed charmer but also a very competent film and digital photographer as well as master/mistress/msperson(?) of so many related fields. The life partner of her adored Building Man, she steered three magnificent sons into manhood despite the terrors of adolescence. Do not bother to queue up on the right Girls, there is no point. The Lads have already been spotted and all have been harvested.


Always ahead of the pack in nutritional care, Pamela opened one of the first Bio Degradable restaurants in Sydney, long back before the Yupetts took on Bifidobacterium Yoghurts as food. Not only did she Cheff, do the executive, and the buying, but took on front of house and the accounts all in the one apron. The place didn�t clean itself up either without a fair bit of help. Entirely at home after years of darkroom work, Pamela now routinely masters Photoshop, PicExe and other software challenges like Audacity for voice over and music back ground and gently advises those of us lumbering along behind. How many photographers would cast aside cameras when creating a Christmas card and use only a flat bed scanner to create a blanket image of assorted coloured leaves?. That used to be called lateral thinking and who needs a camera anyway?.


Pamela has gone to press with The Building Mans first Book Launch, photography, text editing , compilation, galley proofs and all together with an overviewing Audio Visual, and, last but not entirely least�.�. the photo files submitted to Galleria were glorious one hundred megabyte.tiffs which we had to throttle back a bit, or Slug and Emily would have turfed us off the site.
