Much has been said and indeed, written about dogs and the special bonds they form with their owners. So much has been said that, although we felt we should follow suit, we finally decided it would be more appropriate to perhaps, add a word or two to individual pics and leave more detailed descriptions for another time. Who for example is remotely interested in the fact that Robaire’s entire hand can disappear lovingly in Mischa’s mouth and be treated so gently that only slobber need be washed off after the love-in. Who would act in such a parlous manner as to purchase a concrete dog to replace the last dog who routinely brought the Sydney Morning Herald to the bedroom (for a biscuit) and would continue to gather neighbours papers as well until the “no pay” rule was invoked. And who walks out bravely in all weather and every day to be exercised by Mischa??. None other than he who is constantly trained and ready and fit to embark on any/all Aegyptican adventure that may arise.
We have therefore decided in camera, not to provide any background introduction to our Canus Major Galleria. Let the pics speak for themselves and let our Other Mates provide evidence of their own dogs past and present. Carolinus already has sent us Jack. Concrete models will be considered.
Jack is a cross poodle and english cocker spaniel so in designer terms ie a spoodle! A most intelligent young fellow, works as a volunteer therapy dog with sick kids in hospital.
