Sigg

When I went to see the doc about my earache, she asked me if I drank 2 litres of liquid a day. I shook my head. Do you drink 1 litre? I shook my head. I don't really drink very much at all during the day. So, today I got my sigg bottle out of the drawer in the office - I filled it up at the watercooler and it sits on my desk reminding me with its gorgeous redness that I need to drink.

I had a colleague at work who also had one of these water bottles. Her's had been on long walks over mountain and 'cross river - it was dented, and paintless.... but mine has had a cosy life in the office and only has the odd scratch. The nearest it's got to the outdoors is the green colour on the baffle boards attached to the desks.

And do you know what... they've given us and 'improved' watercooler today and now the Sigg doesn't fit under it properly humf!

Just add a tad of vodka to brighten the day up lol!

Cups of tea and coffee also count (...caffeine is nowhere near as dehydrating as we're led to believe... -- and they _do_ contain a lot of water, of course)! And anything more than a litre -- according to New Scientist -- is overkill! So don't sweat it _too_ much!?! [And this from someone who drinks water almost constantly...!]
Nice shot, by the way!

I always have water nearby - I sip it all day long!
Shame my containers are not as colourful as this though!

A wise move. But if it becomes a burden, try filling it with ale. ;-)

You'll be getting yourself a waterproof jacket and some red socks next!

Perhaps it will make it from the office one day, to join your boots on the next pad meet. Nice comp btw, was the arrow intentionally positioned to point at SIGG?

Mine's green, has a dent and has seen "outside". Sigg water bottles, hiking boots... you're leading a secret double-life, aren't you?! :)
