Rosa will recognise this. We were each given one as we wandered around Selfridges a few years ago. It's just a marketing ploy to encourage you to buy perfume as the ribbon was sprayed with the perfume on sale. We both thought it was sweet and I've kept mine all this time.... I wonder if Rosa has hers?
