It's my Dad's birthday today.... Happy Birthday Dad. As he is an Arsenal fan his present is bound to be red and white wrapped... but perhaps not this ribbon :-). It's also Jeremy's brother's birthday.... Happy Birthday Luke. Luke and his family are over from New Zealand at the moment and we'll see them at the weekend - I'm sure there'll be a PAD in there.

nice color. do you notice anything special about this photo vs your other 300D photos? this photo is especially sharp. i think you've found the sweet spot for the Canon kit lens, i.e. 55mm f/14. consider using this every chance you get to get the highest quality from this lens. that, or you did some fine focusing.
