Busy Busy

I've had a really busy - and fun - day today. First I met my friend John for coffee before a haircut and a wander through London together; lunch at a really nice French restaurant near Carnaby Street; the Getty gallery to see the exhibition of Terry O'Neill photographs (worth going to and it's free); the National Portrait Gallery for the Lee Miller photography exhibition and photographs of Frida Kahlo and finally the Barbican to see Julias Ceasar - so I'm 6 minutes late with my PAD. This photo is taken in the National Portrait Gallery. Goodnight everyone zzzz zzzzz zz

Superb, I'm in London all next week, and wondered how I was going to fill the evenings. All these exhibitions seem great, definetly going to the Kahlo exhibition!

cool shot - we went to Lee Miller a few weeks ago and I was a bit disappointed with much of it. Too many 'here's my famous friend 'XXX' (add any one of a couple of dozen names here) standing next to their latest work of art.' BUT some were fab - the self portrait of the headband - superb and the Margaret Bourke-White pic of her under an aeroplane was wonderful. There were a couple of shots taken looking in through windows that were superb and I used the technique yesterday with friends so not in any sense a waste of a trip.

lovely shot - just my cup of tea. saw the Lee Miller exhibition a few weeks ago - very evocative stuff and digital's got a long way to go in the B&W world.

Beautiful shot, with all the nice lines and shades of white. (Shades of white? Well, you understand...lol)

I like this shot. Beautiful white on white.

But, did you and your friend really get a haircut together?
