It's annual appraisal time at work. Need I say more?

Tommorrow is *Rosa's 13th Birthday. It doesn't seem that long ago she was born. Time waits for no-one, especially me and my dinner is on the table. Bye!

I know I'm late but happy birthday from my heart. As for the photo, I like green, orange and pale ochre. Simple but beautiful composition... as always I think.

Happy birthday, and have a great dinner as well! This photo reminds me of a story my gf once told me, basically the entire class was sitting on the carpet listening to a story, a little boy farted, and you get what you see in the photo, everyone moving away from this one kid. A bit sad, and a bit funny

Those beads look like the ones that are used to make necklaces, bracelets, etc. Crafty kind beads, because I think you can loop some string material through the middle of each bead? heh heh. If I didn't know better, I'd say they were some sort of food, and looked yummy.

Appraisal time? Is that anything like bean counting time? :P These do look like beads for counting. I thought they use giant calculators.. I think they're called computers these days for that? I hear they count beans faster than you can blink. :O
