17 January 2009

After a very, very, wet start to the day the sun came out. We shot into town for an exhibition of photos of Bob Dylan at the Proud Gallery (excellent should you be in The Strand or nearby) and then headed for Cafe *Vergnano* for what must be the best coffee in London. Yum.

I second Joan's suggestion - go and see the Capa exhibition. It made a brief stopover in my hometown (because his partner was from Reutlingen) and it is great! (And we got in for free, ha! ^_^)

I thought from the thumb it might be the cork of a very old winebottle, and I was wondering how your hand stayed steady to take a shot of something so vintage!
