Mini Challenge #263 ~ Birds

I'm not sure if this is a Cooper's or Sharp-shinned hawk.
I sent a link to the image to Project FeederWatch and received this response:
"I can't see enough field marks in this photo to tell which hawk you have.
The body shape looks like a Cooper's, but the head and feet look small.
With adult birds, the best field mark is the nape, which is not visible in this photo."
